Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to explore the trend of music education in China by studying the history of change in music education in China and the '2022 Arts Curriculum'. First of all, by investigating various historical documents related to the study of Chinese music education, this study analyzed the changing process and current situation of music education. Secondly, it discusses the characteristics of the newly released 2022 Curriculum for Art Education and the trend of school music education, and puts forward the development direction of school music education in China in the future. It is hoped that this study will be helpful for studying china’s music education abroad.
