Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discuss ways to expand the continuity and accessibility of culture and arts education for adults in the New Normal era. To this end, adults' cultural and artistic enjoyment in the New Normal era was examined from the perspective of play and breaking the boundaries. The appropriate educational module was devised according to the significant factors and standards. Through this study, the following suggestions can be made. This means that instructor training should be conducted and the foundation for customized education should be firmly established for the smooth operation of adult culture and arts education, culture and arts education should be actively sought and utilized in a new technical environment, and the essence of art should not be changed or distorted.
