Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a blended curriculum of the Understanding and Practice of Arts & Culture Education Field subject for the qualification course of art and culture education to secure universal accessibility in the New Normal era. The research method is to collect and analyze literature related to the qualification course of ‘Art & Culture Education Instructors’ and the subject of Understanding and Practice of Arts & Culture Education Field . The status of the subject operation in the Covid-19 pandemic situation is identified to derive methods and contents of the blended curriculum at each stage. The blended curriculum developed in this study is expected to expand the scope of art and culture education that will face various social changes in the future and expand its social role.
